Three months since launch: what we've shipped
Our changelog went quiet after launch week, but the product didn't. We've published a note for each major launch from August to November, dated to the day it went live, plus a roundup for each month. Here's the short version.
Our changelog went quiet after launch week while the product kept moving. Today we've published a note for each major launch since then, dated to the day it went live, and a roundup for each month. The short version:
- Three more channels: Email, Slack and Telegram, plus WhatsApp campaigns with replies your agent can answer.
- Your website, three ways: the Chat widget, Spotlight and Chat Page are now separate channels.
- A more capable agent: Collect Leads and Collect Data, Calendly booking, and Tests that check it after every change.
- For developers: an MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT, Codex and Cursor, and a bigger public API.
Smaller improvements, from identity verification to verified order lookups, are in the August, September and October roundups.
Also new this week
- Your own privacy policy. Set a privacy policy URL once and the Chat widget, Spotlight and Chat Page all link to it under the conversation.
- Slash commands in the inbox. Type / in the reply box to insert a canned response where your cursor is. A canned response can also set the status, priority and tags.
- Websites that keep up. With Include new pages automatically, pages added to a synced website join your knowledge base on the next sync, and every sync reads the live page.
- More webhook events to pick from: lead.captured, data.collected and the SLA events.
- Deleting a workspace now also cancels its subscription.
