Subprocessors

The third-party services we use to run Asks, what data each one processes, and where it lives. Referenced by our Data Processing Addendum.
About this list
Asks (asksdotapp, LLC) uses a small set of carefully chosen third-party providers — subprocessors — to deliver the platform. This page is the authoritative, always-current list referenced by our Data Processing Addendum. Each provider is bound by a data processing agreement and processes data only to provide its service to us.
Not every provider touches your data: channel providers only process data if you connect that channel, and billing providers only process data for the payment method you choose.
Core infrastructure

AI processing

None of these providers train on your data.Data sent to OpenAI through its API is not used to train OpenAI's models, and Asks does not use your data to train models that serve other customers. See our GDPR page for more on this.
Messaging channels (only if you connect them)
When you connect a support channel, messages necessarily flow through that channel's provider — that is how the channel works. We only exchange data with a provider after you explicitly connect it to your workspace.
