Product cards, buttons, and replies that fit every channel
Answers now carry real product cards — image, price, and a button — plus URL buttons and quick replies, rendered natively on each channel from the widget to WhatsApp.
Ask about a product and the answer now lookslike a product: cards with the image, title, price, and a button — not a wall of text with “View Product” pasted three times. Text bubbles can carry their own buttons, and quick-reply chips suggest the next step.
Every channel gets the version it does best: the widget and chat page render full cards, WhatsApp gets its native tappable button and a tight card set, Instagram and Messenger get a swipeable carousel, and text-first channels like email get clean inline links. The inbox and the widget preview render exactly what the customer saw.
Replies are built from blocks
Every answer is now assembled from typed pieces instead of one undifferentiated paragraph. Text blocks carry the prose, each with up to 3 URL buttons on the widget. Product blocks are real cards — image, title, subtitle, price, and a call-to-action — with up to 10 per reply on the widget and chat page. Image blocks show a picture as a picture. And up to 3 quick-reply chipscan suggest the customer's next message.
Product answers are tiered so a big catalog doesn't bury the chat: at most 4 full cards, with further matches in a compact list. And buttons and quick-reply chips are mutually exclusive by design — a reply offers links to tap or messages to send, never a confusing wall of both.
Shaped for each channel, not squeezed into it
The same answer renders natively on every channel, respecting what each platform actually supports:
- WhatsApp — exactly 1 tappable URL button per message (a platform limit) and at most 3 cards.
- Facebook and Instagram — a swipeable carousel of up to 10 cards.
- Email— up to 6 cards and no chips; email doesn't do quick replies, so it doesn't pretend to.
- Telegram, Slack, and Discord — clean text with inline links.
Your inbox sees what they saw
The dashboard inbox and the widget preview render exactly what the customer received — the cards, the buttons, the chips — not a flattened text approximation. When a customer references “the second one you showed me,” your team is looking at the same second one.
