Replies now stream in live
The agent's answers type themselves out word by word — in the widget, the chat page, and the playgrounds — with honest status updates when it's looking something up.
Waiting at three bouncing dots is over. The agent's replies now arrive the way they're written — streaming in word by word, in the website widget, the hosted chat page, the dashboard's widget preview, and both playgrounds.
And when the agent needs a moment to check your catalog or policies, it says so: a status line — “Writing a reply…”, “Making sure everything's right…” — in the visitor's language. Answers that assert facts hold back until they're checked, so what streams is what stands.
Everywhere the agent talks
Streaming isn't a widget-only trick. Replies type themselves out word by word in the website widget, the hosted chat page, the dashboard's widget preview, the AI Agent playground, and the onboarding playground — so the conversation you test in the dashboard feels exactly like the one your customers have. Widgets already embedded on your site keep working unchanged; streaming arrives without touching your install.
Status lines instead of silence
The typing indicator now reads “AI is thinking…”, localized in all eight widget languages. And when the agent needs a moment to consult your catalog or knowledge base, it says so instead of leaving dots bouncing: “Writing a reply…” and “Making sure everything's right…”appear in the visitor's language while the work happens. The waiting is the same kind of waiting — it just stops being a mystery.

Streamed text is never retracted
There is a deliberate gate behind the typing effect: text streams live only when the answer doesn't assert facts that need checking. An answer that states a price, a policy, or a stock level holds until it's verified, then arrives whole. That trade is intentional — a chat message can't be unsaid, so what streams onto the screen is what stands. You get the speed on conversational turns and the certainty on factual ones.
