The dashboard now speaks Spanish and Portuguese
Pick your language under Settings and the whole app follows — pages, error messages, and every email — in Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese alongside English.
Your support tool shouldn't need translating. The dashboard is now fully localized in Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese — every page, every API error message, every notification and billing email, several thousand strings deep. Pick your language in Settings and it follows your account across devices.
Emails to your customers are smarter than a global switch: a “we replied to your conversation” email goes out in the language of that conversation, not the language your dashboard happens to be in.
The whole product, not a veneer
Pick a language in the dashboard's settings and everything follows: 4,778 translated strings across every page of the app, plus the API's error messages and every notification and billing email. The languages are English, Spanish in a Latin-American register, and Brazilian Portuguese — translated as a product, not run through a translation layer, so button labels stay short and error messages stay precise.
The preference is stored on your user account, not in a browser cookie — it follows you across devices, and each teammate picks their own language independently.

Customer emails follow the conversation
Emails that go to your customers— “we replied to your conversation,” “your conversation was resolved” — deliberately ignore your dashboard language. They follow the language of the conversation itself, because the person reading them is your customer, not you. A merchant running their dashboard in Portuguese still sends English customers English emails, and the other way around.
