New

A proper home for docs — and a public status page

docs.asks.app relaunched with a full guide library and API reference, and status.asks.app now reports live platform health.

Two new destinations. docs.asks.app is a complete rebuild of our documentation — setup guides for every channel, deep dives on the AI agent, and a full public API reference, all in the same design language as everything else we ship.

And because trust is earned in the open, status.asks.app now tracks the health of the platform and the upstream providers we depend on, with incident history you can subscribe to by RSS.

Documentation that covers the whole product

docs.asks.app is organized the way you use Asks: a setup guide for every channel — widget, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, Slack, Discord, email — deep dives on the AI agent and how to shape its behavior, guides for the inbox, knowledge base, and analytics, and a full API referencethat documents every public endpoint. It shares the same design language as the rest of Asks, so moving between the product and its docs doesn't feel like leaving.

Health, in the open

status.asks.app reports the health of each part of the platform — and of the upstream providers Asks depends on — so when something is off, you can see whether it's us, an upstream service, or neither. Past incidents stay on the page as history, and an RSS feed lets you subscribe instead of checking.
